With our Voice Prompt program you can get up to 6 professionally recorded messages for your phone system. These will set the tone you desire for your business and create a proper first impression as your clients navigate through your phone system.
You can record a main greeting, an after hours message, your employee extension list, or a list of department extensions to give your business that professional sound on the phone.
*Please note, our voice prompts are priced at 50-word intervals. If you are unsure as to what type of prompt you will need, please contact us for a quote. If your prompt is longer than the package you have purchased, you will have the option of buying additional time or having your money refunded to you.

Hold For Less Voice Prompts — A Voice Prompt is defined by Hold For Less as 1 to 50 words in a single audio file. Our mid-range program is up to 6 voice prompts, or 6 audio files, with 1 to 50 words. Voice Prompts by nature have to be very specific, so you will need to provide the exact copy to be read. The Voice Prompt information will be recorded using the information you provide, and can be recorded with or without background music.
After receiving approval for your prompts, it will take 5 business days to record them. The completed files will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Prompt 1. Thank You for calling Hold For Less, your discount source for everything on hold. If you know your parties extension, you can dial it at any time.
