in your PC and drag and drop your Hold For Less MP3 files, Label the night message ( Night.MP3 ). Insert the
USB drive in the Messager USB Night unit and it will play the audio right from the USB drive. The Night message can
be activated in three ways, a button on the back of the unit, by the number of rings of the phone or by an option
digital timer.

The Messager® USB Night Answer is a state-of-the-art digital audio playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source for telephone message-on-hold (MOH) plus a night answer feature. When the night feature is activated, the unit will answer incoming calls, play a separate night message, then disconnect the call.
Messages are stored on industry standard USB flash drives from 16MB up to 4GB+. The Messager USB Night Answer is capable of MP3 file playback from 8Kbps all the way up to full CD-quality audio playback of 128Kbps.
Audio content is easily managed by plugging the USB flash drive into a PC or MAC computer’s USB port and “dragging and dropping” MP3 files to and from the drive. Your customers can receive new and updated message-on-hold or background music programs via e-mail or ftp and update the units themselves saving you the expense of additional USB flash drives and the related mailing and tracking costs.
The night answer feature allows an informative message to be played to your callers after a preset number of rings. Night answer mode is activated either manually with a switch on the rear of the unit or automatically using the optional 24-hour/7-day digital timer and 1/8” mini-plug connector cable. This optional timer ensures night answer is turned on and off at the correct times each day and eliminates the chance of lost calls should the staff forget to turn off night answer manually.
