The EZ Director is an enhanced Auto Attendant with audiotex features. The audiotex is a voice response system, which allows the caller to choose the information which they seek from a menu of choices. The information is in the form of a voice message stored in the Auto Attendant. The caller makes a selection by pressing one of the prompted keys from his/her phone and then receives further choices or hears a recorded voice announcement corresponding to the choice made. Hotels usually use this feature to announce directions to their property.
