The EZ Announcer has been designed to provide pleasing wake-up announcements and the current time and the outside temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for your guests. The unit interfaces with your Hotel PBX, so when a wake-up alarm is set for your guests, the unit plays a courtesy greeting instead of silence. Thereby enhancing the guest experience.
The EZ-announcer is a digital voice announcer which may be used for ACD/UCD announcements, plays Wake-up call messages in a hotel, time and temperature announcements or any other application where voice announcements are required. When a call is routed to the AZ announcement, it answers the call immediately ( by Default ) , plays the recorded message to the end and then terminates the call. The time and Temp model comes with a real time clock and temperature probe to provide the time of day and ambient temperature temperature announcements along with the wake up messages. The unit may also be used to announce only the time and/or temperature announcements.
