We sell players that are loaded with USB sticks, flash memory cards, CD’s and remotely over your computer network. Pick a technology that you’re familiar with.

Make sure you have a “music on hold” (MOH) connection on your phone system.

Most commercial phone systems will have a connector that accepts an audio input from any of our on hold players. If you are not sure if your phone system is capable, visit our Phone System Compatibility chart or give us a call and we’ll be glad to help you figure it out.

If you don’t have a phone system, you will need an on hold adapter.

On hold adapters give you a music on hold connection for your telephone. Most adapters place calls on hold using the “Hold” button of your telephone, a “Flash” button or the “* Star” button. Check out our adapter selection guide to see which adapter is right for your setup.

Removable Media Load

The loading process requires you to insert a removable media device in your PC and drag your newly downloaded digital on hold message to the USB stick or Media card. Once your digital on hold message is copied, you simply take the removable media device to the on hold player (in your phone room) and plug it in. It will immediately begin playing your new message.

CD Load

The CD load system requires you to place a blank CD in your PC CD burner and burn the newly downloaded audio message to your CD. Once your digital on hold file is burned, you simply take the CD to the on hold player (in your phone room) and insert it. It will immediately begin playing your new message.

IP Load

The IP Load system allows you to remotely load your new digital on hold message over your existing network from your desktop PC. Propietary PC loading software supplied.
