Choosing On Hold Equipment that’s easy for you to load.
We sell players that are loaded with USB sticks, flash memory cards, CD’s and remotely over your computer network. Pick a technology that you’re familiar with. This will make loading your message on hold player with new audio content a snap.
Make sure you have a “music on hold” (MOH) connection on your phone system.
Most commercial phone systems will have a connector that accepts an audio input from any of our on hold players. If you are not sure if your phone system is capable, visit our Phone System Compatibility chart or give us a call and we’ll be glad to help you figure it out. Choosing on hold equipment for your business is easy when you have a trained sales professional helping.
If you don’t have a phone system, you will need an on hold adapter.
On hold adapters will give you a music on hold connection for your two or four line telephones. Most adapters place calls on hold using the “Hold” button. A “Flash” button or the “* Star” button may be needed to enable music on hold, but this depends on your phone model. Check out our adapter selection guide to see which adapter is right for your setup. |
